Me too!! I hoped for great things from the synopsis, she makes a lot of references to Rebecca which has always been a favourite story of mine (it started my love of Victoria Holt books).....I took it away with me at the weekend and read it a LOT!! :D I couldn't help visualising Judy Finnigan writing this thoughm she credits Richard with supporting her throughout the writing of it "even when I thought it would never be finished" - clearly a labour of love :D

I look forward to her next one 8-)

Debbie, I think it was you who mentioned Twitchhiker by Paul Smith? I started it on the train yesterday, read half of it and am hooked!!
Thanks for the recommendation :D

Actually, it's a good thing that I'm getting through it so quickly - John's just texted me to let me know that the A M Homes set of books has been delivered to him at work

Gone Girl - started ;)

Bb has nearly finished May We Be Forgiven. His verdict so far is that it's not his usual sort of read but it's utterly compelling, completely unpredictable, goes here, there and everywhere. Like a tree with many branches... :)

I started Bob Geldof's autobiography, which I had for my birthday, but having just read Midge Ure's which I really enjoyed, I am not really in the mood. I have books on the shelf but none of them appealed, so whilst at Morrisons yesterday I picked up The Secret Keeper too. Thought I'd treat myself.

I loved The House at Riverstone, but wasn't quite as keen on The Forgotten Garden
