What are we reading in May?

Postby Ally » 30 Apr 2020, 21:16

I've just come up to bed with Samantha Hayes.

Nothing like a new book to read and this one's The Reunion.

I've got a bit of Hayes fever at the moment.

Just downloaded some chicklit - Staying At Eleni's by an author I don't know, Michele Vernal. Some Greek Island escapism so I can wallow about my cancelled holiday ;)

Oh my giddy aunt.

I've been reading lots of Samantha Hayes books and yesterday on Amazon Kindle it said if you like psychological thrillers try Sue Watson.

Not one to mess about I bought The Sister In Law.

I'm loving it! I'd say it's a real page turner but I'm reading it on my tablet so it's a real page swiper.

As soon as I'm finished I'll be buying more..and there are plenty.

At least in lockdown it's allowed me to really indulge my love of reading.

They can be as cheeky as they like Gal  the more recommendations the better.

I've got an Amazon voucher for 100€ and am quite happily spending it on books.

Lockdown literature I'm calling it.
