I'm reading Nothing but the best by Diane Masters.

A 20 cent special from the market.

Just about to start The Judge's Wife (have I already mentioned this? No started it yet, still recovering from the Diane Chamberlain that I just finished last weekend ;) )

I am re-reading The Widow of the South by Robert Hicks. It is an American Civil War book about a plantation in Tennessee called Carnton and is very much based on fact. I first read it seven or eight years ago and loved it, but when we were in Nashville six years ago, we didn't have time to visit it. But when we were planning next month's trip, it was definitely one of the things on the to-do list and we have booked a day trip which includes Carnton.
