Vocal Voices

I have a Samsung Tocco phone.
I put £10 credit on it last week and it has gone down to nil.
I haven't made any calls.
Any idea why this should happen?

I think they charge you for the internet connection whether you use it or not and I expect you can get another sim card without it. Happened to my iphone until I changed the card.

Lissie, it happened to me as well. I think that Ped is right, go into settings and turn off Wi-fi and GPS and only turn them on when you need them. It's what I have done.
