Forget Bluetooth, plug in by wire.

Open Explorer/My Computer or whatever.

Go to C:\ and in a blank space right click and from the menu create a new folder - Camera

Now go to the physical camera. When you click it might give you loads of folders, look for one with images in, try DCIM xxxx. Copy and paste the whole folder to the one you created earlier in C:\ and your images are now on the laptop/PC.

Vic, I sometimes had to do it with my camera as the Canon software is very flakey, so is the Samsung phone software.

Bluetooth sees the phone/camera, but the software thinks they are not connected or it cannot find folders, especially on memory cards. I now go the USB route as it is just as easy.
