They do tend to come in waves sometimes. You may have bought something on Ebay or somewhere like that and your addy has been picked up. Yahoo is doing a good job for me at the moment and I have very little spam at all. Long may it continue.

One thing I do know, you should never click on anything in the spam message. Simply delete, but if they are coming into your main email folder, send them to the spam folder first and then delete so that Yahoo will know next time.

Good advice from Rodo, Vic. Never open or click on anything you know is spam, just delete it - end of.

It can come in waves, and this time of the year is one of those - "You have won...", "As our Millionth customer we can offer you", "Special Christmas offer... click on this and get a billion e-mails for free!"

You are on Yahoo, so everything is up in the cloud. Send it to your spam folder and Yahoo *should* deal with any more. Make sure to empty Spam and Trash every week or so.
