I hope this works Frank. This is my log in. You go into history and then scroll down. I will be surprised if it works, but thanks for all the help you are giving me.

I am doing this on my PC, not my laptop, so the foot pedals will be connected

That was going to be my suggestion.

Just as a thought. Could it be the actual spec of the PC (specifically RAM), which is causing the software to balk? Whilst I know there is some software out there which refuses to work on W10 due to the version of the software, there is a LOT more out there which looks at the machine and checks with a hardware compatibility table. The RAM would have to be pretty low though, I've rarely seen software that required more than 4gb.
