mms roaming is probably blocked victor. You could probably get it enabled but you'd need to check the cost first... Internet is best for these things as it only costs for the connection and it the connection is free (wifi), then it's free.

I already pay more than I want for phone access (£45 a month), so adding more is not what I want.
