Ours is the one attached on the left.
Now, it's exactly the same as our, but. She has the lean-to - sorry, utility room - built on the back, making her garden very small indeed but obviously adding good space.
The kitchen looks far bigger than it really is; also she has no door from kitchen to dining end of l/room. So you have to go from kitchen, up the hall and into the other end of the l/room with food to put on the table
She also has high-class decor.
She is the only one living there, so no clutter at all.
Added to which, she's actually not even there very much, so it's not exactly lived-in.
The last one we saw sold went for £270k I think, but that one is slightly bigger and has it's own garage attached, whereas ours are in a block at the end of the road. The ones like ours have been more like £250-ish.
I think she's having a giraffe but we shall see.
