Not sure what went wrong, but the bods who fitted it, really didn't give a toss

I won't bore you all with the hassle, but the big boss came round this afternoon and was horrified

Apparently, he always, but always visits each kitchen or whatever has been done himself, before the final bill goes out.

So, tomorrow, we have some-one coming round to sort out all the little niggles - and it really is niggles - handles skew wiff, etc.

Bless his cotton socks, he apologised so much

The kitchen really is stunning, but if doors don't shut properly, handles are off centre and the attitude of one of the fitters was appalling.

He asked us what we thought, and wanted an honest opinion, so we told him

That's one bloke sacked tomorrow We're not, apparently, the only people to complain, but as he said, this is the final straw.

He's coming up on Friday, to check everything has been sorted and will bring the bill - which will be slightly less than we thought - which is very good of him.

Then again, the pool was finished a lot bluddy quicker than this kitchen. ) and we're still waiting for the bill for that )

but this is Portugal...............

Really good that he's getting things sorted for you, and so quickly too now he's aware of the problems.

Took him 4 hours and he even found a fault we hadn't spotted.

Good lad that one, we should have had him in the first place
