Don’t think I’d like that, it’s very dark and the stairs are so steep, plus no outside space? It looks like something you’d see on A Place in the Sun.

How about this one?

In need of doing up for sure (check out the bathroom suite!) but in a beautiful part of the world and with land as well.
I just hope a developer doesn't get their hands on it.

I had to look to see what £650,000 would buy you round here, this is probably the most comparable. It's got no land and is on one of the main roads into town almost opposite Morrisons. Plus it is always on the market.

Having seen the virtual tour I am not surprised it has a bit of a reputation. Those swinging hanging baskets gave me the heebie jeebies and I could almost imagine Miss Haversham sitting in there. That said it's a real tale of two halves. Half modernised half not, probably because no one ever sticks around long enough to finish it

Have a look

Most odd! That kitchen is far too modern for that style of house :?

It's obviously had a lot of money spent on it but the rooms don't seem to match up somehow? Still a nice house though.

This was a friends house. He sold it last year for just under 500.000€.

All the new owner has done is spend 60.000€ on fencing the property.

She bought it, sight unseen  and couldn't settle, so has gone back to America
