I got a new oven recently from Curry's and when it was installed it made the gas hob look so grotty that I ordered a new black glass one to match. Turned out it was out of stock so I went off on holiday expecting it to be back in stock when I got home and sure enough it was. It came this morning, and the bl***y thing is too small for the recess.
It has to go back and I've picked a different one which is £30 dearer. Can Curry's just take the extra £30? Can they hell! The money has to be refunded and the new hob ordered. They could have taken my order on the phone this morning but I don't entirely trust that the refunded money will go into my account as quickly as they promised, so I'll wait until it safely back in my grubby mitts before ordering again.
