I have heard that two offers have been made already.

The couple who are over 40 years old and not married will not get the money back which they have spent on the original house. THey had more than 12 bigskips to remove
rubbish when they had the alterations one.

It is, although I’m not keen on the marble and looking at the floor plan it’s only two bedrooms and a tiny box room.
The downstairs layout is fabulous though.
