Minnie's been to the vet

She's been on a lower dose of the steroids for 4 or 5 weeks - 5mg every third day - which has helped with the hunger.
But mostly the difference is that it's just like having a dog again Eager for her walks, a nuisance around the house , playing with all her toys and turning her bed upside down
Alison said I'd been a miracle-worker and that most people would have given up
And she commented on what beautiful teeth Minnie has too - and I'd been worried about her not having things to chew on
We're all loathe to cut the steroids out completely, so she's now going to have half a tablet (2.5mg) every third day, with us watching of course, checking her beautifully pink ears and gums, and go back sometime in the New Year
She took Alison some homemade hobnobs too
