Minnie has been signed off!

Forgot to say when I posted this morning, Minnie had an appointment with the vet this afternoon.
The vet was thrilled to bits with her and has no need to see her again :D

She thinks the lollopiness is still due to her back legs being weak and will wear off, but if not then she may have had a small stroke while she was so poorly. Nothing we can do about it anyway, and not a real problem but will hope it improves as she gets more exercise
She confessed that she thought with Minnie's condition being so extreme the chances of recovery were unlikely but my nursing had made all the difference :D I said it was down to her too, so we agreed it was a joint effort :D

Well done Di - that's fantastic news.

What will you do with yourself now you don't have to have the regular visits to the vet? I am still suffering withdrawal symptoms from not seeing the Delectable Dan three times a week. I am due to take Millie back at the beginning of May - I am counting down the days til I see him again.

Yes but our vet is Alison, I may be odd in many ways but not that one

Now Minnie and I both just need to get the extra weight off :D

It's good now I can walk Millie again as I was starting to get fat(ter) and lazy(er). She still has weight to put on though. She was up to 15 kilos until we stopped the AD and then she went down to 13.8 kilos. Yesterday was weigh day and she was back up to 14.8 kilos.
