has had his Covenia injection and also Kim has given him a course of steroids to reduce the inflammation in his nasal passages.

She said if he was insured she would be pushing for him to have an MRI or CT mainly so she can see what is going on and learn from it. However, she is not going to expect me to spend money so she can learn

He does have a slight wobble in his right pointy tooth, so she thinks that may have to come out at some stage. Bless him he only has 4 teeth left :(

Poor Mowgli, hopefully the Convenia and the steroids will do him good.

Shell, sorry but I cannot remember; did I put you in touch with my friend Julia whose cat Hector has chronic rhinitis (due to flu virus)? She's tried all sorts of things with various degrees of success.

As for that wobbly tooth, cats do fantastically well with no teeth whatsoever and can still eat dry food. Depending on the reason for the extractions (ie gingivitis due to FIV) some actually have a totally new lease on life.

No you didn't Ria, but I would be interested. Mowgli only has his four canines left and Mia has less than that
