I'd never heard of this before, so that's interesting Ally! 8-) 8-)

Jo, I will xxxxx

She's quiet this morning, but moved quickly enough when B tried to give her a tablet  :cute:  She took it dipped in yoghurt eventually, to help it slip down. She's on special soft food that the vet recommended.

Oh bless her, no wonder she's been quiet and poorly :( So glad it's something that can be fixed xxx

We gave Charlie his meds within a gel capsule - anything else made him vomit, apart from when we did disguise them in food.....that didn't last long! You can imagine the difficulty giving a wriggly cat a 'non-injection' into his mouth as well!!! I was meant to put the end of the syringe into his muth and aim towards his cheek - she didn't want him to swallow it, rather absorb it into his bloodstream......er hello, I'm not a vet nurse and Charlie soon got wise to what was going on - yes he swallowed it more times than not!! :?
